Where Meetups Happen
Petting days and walks always happen at public places on the Upper East Side, like Central Park, Carl Schurz Park or the steps by the Met fountains. Fluffy posts dates in the Members' Lounge, and you RSVP to save a spot.
- Small groups, so everyone gets proper Charlie time.
- Charlie's home address is never shared.
- He's still a puppy: if it pours, or Charlie needs a nap, Fluffy will reschedule.
- Kids are very welcome with a grown-up. (Charlie's biggest fans are at the Met fountains.)

VIP FAQ
Am I charged when I join the waitlist?
No. Joining the waitlist is free. Fluffy will email you an invite with how to pay, and your membership starts once that's done.
What's the difference between the plans?
Nothing but the price. Monthly is $10 a month. Yearly is $100 a year, which is two months free.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Just email Fluffy. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I see the exclusive videos and photos?
Open the Members' Lounge and sign in with the email you joined with. Tip for iPhone: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and the Lounge opens like an app.
Who sees my mailing address?
Only Fluffy, and only to mail your notecards. You can update or remove it in the Lounge under My card whenever you like. Addresses for paw-mail you send to other people are deleted 60 days after the card is mailed.
What's paw-mail?
Once a month, ask Charlie to send a paw-printed notecard to you or to someone you love: a birthday, a thank-you, a get-well-soon. Request it from the Paw-mail tab in the Lounge.
Is Charlie always available for meetups?
Charlie is a puppy with a very busy schedule (Park o'clock, spa days, dinner at Paola's). Dates are posted in the Lounge with limited spots, and Fluffy may reschedule for weather or naps.
